White House Black Market silk dress. Under the 4 layers of creamy white colored silk (sewn to stand up) is a fitted black band. Beneath this, the skirt is pleated and has a sheer overlay down to the hem. It zips up the back with a hook & loop at the top. There are 6 “stays” to hold up the bodice with strips across the back to also keep the dress from slipping down. From the bottom of the black band to the hem is approximately 22”. The shell is made of 100% silk and the lining is 100% polyester.
